Patients who qualify for MSP Supplementary Benefits may be eligible for a government contribution of $23 per visit, subject to annual MSP limits.

To support patients with financial need, the clinic offers a reduced-fee program for individuals who:

• Qualify for MSP Supplementary Benefits; and

• Do not have coverage through an extended health plan.

For those who qualify our fees are:

Initial Visit (60 mins) - $55

Follow-up Visit (30 mins) - $35

MSP covers up to 10 visits per calendar year across Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and RMT. After which you will be charged at our private rate. Call us to find out if you are eligible once you have set up a patient profile.

*The reduced MSP-assisted rate is available only to patients who qualify for MSP Supplementary Benefits and do not have physiotherapy coverage through an extended health plan. Patients who qualify for MSP-assistance and have extended health coverage are billed at the clinic's regular fee schedule.

We accept patients with a WSBC claim number and can bill WSBC directly for your visit.

WSBC requires you to:

1) Have reported any work-related injury to your employer

2) To have contacted their service desk (Tel: 1-888-967-5377) to obtain a claim number

3) Have referral from your GP for physiotherapy.

If you have been involved in a recent motor vehicle accident ICBC will cover the cost of your visit.

If your accident occurred after June 1st 2021 ICBC will automatically cover you for 25 visits within the first three months of the accident. For accidents occurring prior to this date of more than three months ago, authorisation will be needed from your adjuster for your assessment and subsequent treatment.

2) ICBC Claim No.

3) Date of motor vehicle accident

4) Contact information for your ICBC adjuster/team
